Who is 'Profit with Purpose' for?
Profit with Purpose is designed for senior management teams because the outcomes need to be implemented with clarity and consistency throughout the organization.

Is 'Profit with Purpose' a bespoke package?
Yes! We have a range of services and resources, and we will work with you to develop the right combination of workshops, coaching and consultancy. We can modify what we do as we go along (if it turns out you need more or less of anything) and help you create your own workshops to use to implement a Profit with Purpose approach throughout your organization.

How much will it cost?
As we take a bespoke approach the cost will depend on the combination of workshops, coaching and consultancy you decide on. Why not get in touch, arrange a chat and then we can provide a range of options to suit your budget.

How long will you work with us for?
We suggest that each workshop is delivered at least a month apart to give the team a chance to reflect on what they’ve done so far, and develop things further in preparation for the next stage.

Three workshops with basic consultancy at the beginning would run over a minimum period of three months. The work we do is aimed towards your organization managing the approach itself, so while we will work with you as long as you need our support, we won’t stick around forever!

to do more.

Where are the workshops delivered?
We can deliver workshops in-house or organize an alternative venue. The workshop experience is just as important as the content, so we will work with you to make sure the environment, equipment and refreshments are all top class!

How is coaching delivered?
Coaching can be in person, using Skype or over the phone – we’ll work with each individual manager to decide what is best. The timing and frequency of coaching will fit with the workshops.
